The lawsuit’s two plaintiffs, identified as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2, are seeking compensation from Goldfish Swim in Rochester and changes to its business practices. The complaint states that they were required to undress in shared changing areas at the school which left them vulnerable to “predatory behavior.”
