Seven San Antonio Police officers were shot and the suspect is dead during a shooting late Wednesday night at a Far North Side apartment complex.

SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Police Chief William McManus confirmed that four officers have been shot in Stone Oak on Wednesday evening. He also referred to the scene as a "suicide in progress." The department later reported to media that the officers' injuries were considered non-life-threatening.
