Fans are quickly binging Season 4 of Sweet Magnolias after waiting nearly two years for new episodes of the beloved Netflix series. The new episodes picked up a year after Dana Sue ( Brooke Elliott) and Ronnie ( Brandon Quinn) renewed their vows at the end of Season 3.

With season 4 ending on a cliffhanger about Maddie’s future in Serenity, Anderson told Tudum, “I deeply, deeply hope that we get a season 5 so we can answer [whether the Magnolias can survive Maddie moving to New York].”

The feel good-romance premiered season 4 on February 6th with 10 new episodes. And there was one thing above the rest that I hoped would get better. We’re talking about Dana Sue and her outfits. For three seasons her outfits have reminded me how much Hollywood doesn’t care to dress bigger bodies.

The town of Serenity experienced plenty of joyful moments in Sweet Magnolias Season 4 but also a few devastating ones. Through it all, Maddie Townsend ( JoAnna Garcia Swisher) remained a pillar of strength for her family, friends, and the rest of the community.
