Hopkinsville Police said James Phillips Jr. drove away with a storage trailer full of gear from the Bud Hudson Youth Football League. He’s been named the department’s Fugitive of the Week.

Phillips is accused of stealing a trailer from the Bud Hudson Youth Football League that contained $60,000 worth of equipment.
