Novak Djokovic has confirmed his participation at the Shanghai Masters 2024. The Serbian star is thus set to compete at the Masters 1000 event in Shanghai for the first time since 2019.

The Spanish ‘El Matador’ will look to leave a mark in this edition of Shanghai masters after an early exit last year. Carlos Alcaraz created history this year by winning grandslams back-to-back when he won French Open and Wimbledon this year taking his grand tally to four.

Novak Djokovic, Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz all now know who they will face at the Shanghai Masters following the draw, while Jack Draper has withdrawn.

The Shanghai Masters has become one of the biggest and most prestigious titles in the men’s game, with this year marking 15 years since the tournament was first held.
