SEOUL, Feb. 23 (Yonhap) -- Kim Chae-yeon captured the women's singles title at the Four Continents Figure Skating Championships in Seoul on Sunday, putting on another flawless performance only 10 days after winning the gold medal at the Asian Winter Games in China.
