Mukta Arts has signed a deal with Zee Entertainment for satellite and media rights of 37 films over six years, starting August 25, 2027. The agreement includes a 25% increase in consideration compared to the previous agreement.

Under the terms of the deal, Mukta Arts will receive a total consideration which is 25% higher than the previous agreement between the two companies. Shares of Mukta Arts Ltd ended at ₹81.66, down by ₹0.

The Assignment Agreement and Term Sheet state that the deal will take effect on August 25, 2027, and will last for six years.
