NBC Sports and Shaun White are ready to make a powder grab. The Comcast-backed sports unit and the Olympian snowboarder have entered into a multi-year media rights deal that will have White’s new Snow League showcased on both NBC and Peacock.

The Snow League, a competition tour for snowboarders and freeskiers founded by three-time Olympic gold medalist Shaun White, will air on NBC Sports and Peacock.

The new action-sports league being launched by Shaun White will air on NBC beginning next year. White announced earlier this year that he was putting together The Snow League, a four-stop circuit that will feature halfpipe snowboarding and freeskiing.
