The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a tornado warning for Moss Hill residents in Liberty County, Texas on Monday afternoon. The warning in question also included a portion of Big Thicket National Preserve,

Monday’s storms that rumbled through southeast Texas were so intense that a tornado warning was issued for parts of the area. Around 2:45 p.m., the National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Liberty and Polk counties.
