A person had to be airlifted to the hospital Friday morning after a propane truck flipped in western North Carolina. The crash happened shortly after 7:30 a.m. on Highway 226 North in Marion. McDowell County officials said first responders had to get the person out of the truck before they were flown to Mission Hospital’s Trauma Center.
