Chiefs safety Bryan Cook was evaluated for a concussion and Texans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair hurt his knee and was questionable to return after both left in the first half of their divisional playoff game Saturday.

Veteran safety Bryan Cook was injured during the Kansas City Chiefs’ divisional-round playoff showdown against the Houston Texans this afternoon. Cook was the Chiefs’ leading tackler before he left the field to be evaluated for a concussion in the first half.

Coming into their playoff run, the Kansas City Chiefs were perhaps as healthy as they'd been at any point in the season. That didn't last for too long, however, as the back-to-back Super Bowl champions saw one of their starters get knocked out of the game early on Saturday.
