Manchester United defender, Harry Maguire, scored in the 93rd minute of the game as they came from behind to beat Leicester City 2-1 in the FA Cup fourth round on Friday night. The Red Devils came into the tie looking to bounce back from a 2-0 home defeat to Crystal Palace in the Premier League last weekend.

The linesman did not raise his flag however and with no video assistant referee [VAR] in play, the goal stood. Maguire’s goal would almost certainly have been chalked off had VAR been present. However, the FA announced late last year the system would not be used in this competition until the fifth road onwards.
