Police are searching for a stolen vehicle and a five-year-old teacup Yorkie named Donny who was inside when the car was taken.

WSSC Water said its crews were “making progress” in repairing the water main break that has affected several hundred thousand customers.

WSSC Water has lifted the Boil Water Advisory for customers in southern Prince George’s County as of 4:25 p.m. today. Test results confirmed the water is safe to consume.

Due to the large size of the water main break, many residents in southern Prince George’s County are experiencing low water pressure, and some areas may have no water at all. As a precautionary measure, WSSC Water has recommended that all affected customers follow Boil Water Advisory guidelines.

Officials closed dozens of schools and issued a boil-water advisory for southern parts of the county. They said several hundred thousand customers are affected.
