The NFL's 2025 coaching carousel has officially come to halt with the New Orleans Saints making the final head coach hire of the offseason. New Orleans announced it has reached an agreement with Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Kellen Moore to be their next head coach.

Kellen Moore has become the new head coach of the New Orleans Saints, and following his Super Bowl title with the Philadelphia Eagles, one of his former players sent a message regarding the move.

The Saints hired Eagles offensive coordinator Kellen Moore as the new head coach, a move which had been expected for some time. Moore, 36, will be a head coach for the first time after serving as OC with the Dallas Cowboys, Los Angeles Chargers and the Eagles .

PHILADELPHIA — The Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles have promoted Kevin Patullo to offensive coordinator following the departure of Kellen Moore, the team announced Wednesday. Patullo joined the Eagles’ staff as passing game coordinator in 2021 when coach Nick Sirianni was hired, and he became associate head coach in 2023.

Doug Nussmeier, the Philadelphia Eagles' quarterbacks coach, is being hired as the New Orleans Saints' new offensive coordinator, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport, Tom Pelissero and Mike Garafolo reported.

The New Orleans Saints choice for head coach in Kellen Moore has been widely praised across the league, and recently received more from the Eagles GM.
