The New York Giants are expected to block Mike Kafka from any offensive coordinator interviews should requests be made.

Two Giants coordinators will get an up-close look at some top college prospects at the two biggest all-star games.

"Buzz" has emerged, pointing to Kafka being dismissed in the event Daboll remains in place, Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer writes. Such a development would likely be centered on Daboll reclaiming full control of the Giants offense.

The New Orleans Saints completed an interview with Darren Rizzi for their head coach position. The interview was done in person. Rizzi served as the Saints' interim head coach for the final eight games of the 2024 season. Rizzi took over for Dennia Allen, who was fired on Nov. 4. Rizzi led the Saints to a 3-5 record to close out the season.
