CHICAGO — Chicago Teachers Union contract negotiations hit a snag after the union rejected an arbitrator’s findings. The CTU is back to square one after the group was not onboard with the fact-finding report — which would have helped put an end to their negotiations with Chicago Public Schools.

After rejecting the recommendations of a third-party arbitrator, the Chicago Teachers Union said it would continue negotiating a new contract with Chicago Public Schools.
