Clark Lea showed love for a few teams on Vanderbilt football's 2024 schedule in his final vote for the US LBM Coaches Poll. Lea's vote was notably higher on both Missouri and LSU than the consensus.

Five coaches had ASU at No. 10 in their final ballot: Air Force's Troy Calhoun, Louisiana Tech's Sonny Cumbie, Vanderbilt's Clark Lea, San Diego State's Sean Lewis and Army's Jeff Monken.

Among SEC coaches, Alabama’s Kalen DeBoer and Missouri’s Eli Drinkwitz had Georgia at No. 5, Texas A&M’s Mike Elko, Vanderbilt’s Clark Lea and Kentucky’s Mark Stoops had UGA at No. 6.
