Former White House senior adviser Jared Kushner was reportedly behind his father-in-law US President Donald Trump’s plan, announced yesterday, for the US to take over Gaza and clear it of Palestinians.

Trump's vision of a Gaza Strip cleared of Palestinians redeveloped into a beach resort under U.S. control has revived an idea floated by his son-in-law Jared Kushner.

Kushner said, “Gaza’s waterfront property could be very valuable ... if people would focus on building up livelihoods.”
