No. 7 St. John’s — for the first time since the celebrated 1985 season and the second time in the program’s history — outright won the Big East regular-season championship Saturday afternoon by outlasting Seton Hall, 71-61. The Red Storm (26-4, 17-2) have won five in a row and finished the home portion of the 2024-25 season with an 18-0 record.
