The New Orleans Saints are the only team left without a head coach for the 2025 season and Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver is one of only a few candidates to land the job. His chances of getting the gig look pretty slim, though.

The Miami Dolphins don’t appear like they’ll have to hire for a fourth different defensive coordinator in four seasons. And, if so, they will be keeping one of the best in the NFL in 2025, as indications are Anthony Weaver will miss out on the New Orleans Saints’ head coaching job.
