An Amber Alert has been issued Tuesday morning for two young girls out of Waynesville, according to the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons. 3-year-old Kinley Stepp and 12-year-old Alazay Rose were believed to be taken from 99 Medford Drive in Waynesville and are believed to be with Jacob Stepp.

According to the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons, the Haywood County Sheriff's Office was looking for 12-year-old Alazay Shelby Rose and three-year-old Kinley Maelena Stepp, who were believed to be with 46-year-old Jacob Grant Aaron Stepp.
