Ferrari’s rollout of Lewis Hamilton has hit its first bump in the road. According to multiple reports Hamilton crashed during testing at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, home of the Spanish Grand Prix and site of three days of pre-season testing for Ferrari ahead of the 2025 campaign.

When news emerged on Wednesday that Lewis Hamilton had crashed the 2023 Ferrari car in a private test in Barcelona, the natural response was that his acclimatisation in scarlet red wasn’t quite going according to plan.

It seems as though Lewis Hamilton might still be figuring out his footing at Ferrari's testing days. At least, based on the fact that the seven-time Formula 1 champion crashed during his second test day with the team, while testing in Spain.
